Default how can i view ALL merged labels vs just the first page?

when i merge labels using a .txt file, after i complete the merge and preview
my labels, i can only see one page of labels. how can i view all? thanks.

Are you really "completing the merge?" If you are previewing, probably not -
in the Merge Wizard, make sure you are looking at "Step 6 of 6" (see the
bottom of the wizard pane), then seelct either "Print" to print, or -
preferably IMO - "Edit individual labels" to output to a new document which
you can then edit as necessary and print.

IMO the Wizard is ambiguous - in step 5, the "next step" (step 6) is called
"complete the merge", but what it really means is that step 6 contains the
options to complete the merge, not that moving to step 6 in itself completes
the merge.
