Default Labels Issue

I have a table placed in the footer for file path reasons in the normal.dot.
When I create a label using "New Document" it puts the last row of the label
(Using 5160) on the 2nd page. I need to keep this table in the footer but
prevent it from going to the next page. Any ideas out there?

where do the label tempaltes live? Can I do something there?
