Default Format Paragraph Alignment of a Table Style

Changing the paragraph alignment of a table style doesnt override the
paragraph alignment of the style of table text, e.g. Normal style, if it is
justified. If the style of table text has a paragraph alignment other than
justified e.g. left, right,...etc, the paragraph alignment of the table style
overrides. How can I force the paragraph alignment of the table style to
override the paragraph alignment of the table text style, e.g. Normal, if it
justified?
