Is there a way to set a default for grammar check to ignore sentence fragments?

Default Grammar check

In 2007, Office Button, Word Options, Proofing, Click Settings under When
correcting spelling and grammar in Word.

In 2003, Tools, Options, Spelling and Grammar Tab. Click Settings under
Grammar.
