I have a layout but I can't change what is wrote down with my own words.

Either the template is a protected form, in which case remove the protection
first; the text you wish to edit is in a different layer from the cursor
position e.g. the header/footer, in which case open the header/footer view;
or the text has been inserted as a graphic, in which case replace the
