Im trying to resize text that is not a specific size.I want to beable to
click the text box and stretch and scew the text any size i want .please help
me.

Tools | Customize, Commands | Format, there are four buttons for
Grow/Shrink Font (1pt). You can pull those into a predefined or custom
toolbar.

Any one of us could have told you this, but you asked about stretching and
skewing text, not just changing the font size.
