Envelopes -- Asian Text Font not changing back to English
I have a staff member who has Chinese and Tiawanese set up on her computer as
well as English. When she tries to create an envelope -- in English we get the error message "The number must be between 1 and 31." To me that looks like an error I would get when I enter a date. The only numbers are the envelope size (Size 10) and the Font. When I go to Fonts, I get Asian Text Font names not the English fonts. I tried Arial Unicode MS but that did not work. This person does TONS of envelopes. |

Envelopes -- Asian Text Font not changing back to English
While I have a look at this, at which point perhaps everything will become
clear, can you tell us... a. which version of Word? b. is she trying to create one-off envelopes, or is she trying to mailmerge to envelopes? c. at what point in the process is she getting the message? (If it's "when she's entering the data", can you provide a specific example? If the data is coming from a mailmerge data source, what format, what is in Chinese/Taiwanese & what is in English (i.e. "Latin") script, etc.? -- Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk "PCTrainer98" wrote in message ... Envelopes -- Asian Text Font not changing back to English
Sorry I did not get back sooner, I did not get an email that anyone had
replied! Version: 2007 One-off envelope All in English. I brought in the foreign language because that is the only variable I could see that was different from my own and when I selected font, it showed Asian Text Font: at the top of the font choice box... I hope this helps. Envelopes -- Asian Text Font not changing back to English
The 1 and 31 is more likely the distance of a border from the edge of the
page. Does she have borders on the envelopes? -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
