If you're using a French language edition of Microsoft Office 2007, that edition doesn't include the English language user
interface. While Microsoft does offer dozens of Single Language Packs to change interface language and to add proofing tools they
elected to not make the English pack available standalone, but only as part of the (still) not yet released g, Office 2007 Multi
Language Pack (MLP).
