I would like to know if it is possible to split a document into multiple
documents and then send them via email or print to a fax server |

You could merge directly to e-mail or fax so that the document would not
require 'splitting' - or see http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org amiga1200 wrote: I would like to know if it is possible to split a document into multiple documents and then send them via email or print to a fax server |

If you are looking for a more automated, automatic report splitting
(bursting) capability for medium to higher volumes, then please take a look at OctoTools, a commercial software product. OctoTools can format, burst, split and output (to a printer, fax server, e-mail, or file directory) directly from your application's output, regardless of the host platform or operating system. OctoTools can also handle your mail merge requirements and output formatting of your data if needed. For additional info please take a look at www.octotools.com or give me a call to discuss your requirements further. Thanks for your time, Larry T. 978 535-7676 |
