Default Где найти шаблон "Power of attorney"

[BabelFish (http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_txt) provided the following
barely understandable translation:]

On the demand into " [Spravke]" in Microsoft Of word 2003 could not find the
template on the English of " Power of of attorney" , although I know that
there exists in extremely proportion to 2 such templates, since earlier I
them found and used. Such templates it did not find even in on-line. It is
not clear, in what the matter.

Visit the following search page:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...rney&av=TPL000.
The first template listed,
http://office.microsoft.com/search/r...CT101467971033,
is specifically for child care, and is usable in Word 2003. You would have
to modify it to make it a general power of attorney.

Another listed template, the "Kentucky General Durable Power of Attorney"
template, is usable only in Word 2007. Besides that, it is specifically for
the state of Kentucky in the USA.

In general, the use of publically available Word templates for legal
documents is not a good idea. There are too many small but critical
differences between the laws of various jurisdictions, which could make such
documents legally unenforceable. Consult with an attorney who is familiar
with the specifics of your situation.
