How do I go to a second page when creating mailing labels?
I am creating a mailing list that is longer than one page. I do not know how
to get to the second page of the document in order to complete the list. Any suggestions? |

If your label sheet is longer trhan one page and growing, it would make
sense to convert it to a label mail merge - http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm and http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm , however the answer to your immediate problem is to tab out of the lasr cell which will create a new row. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org rvrrat wrote: I am creating a mailing list that is longer than one page.
