In word can I create postcards 51/2 X 41/4 or 4 X 6. I'm a realtor and have
a program but would like to know if I can use a program in Microsoft Word. I
have Microsoft Word 2003. Thank you

Your question is a bit confusing. You say you can create postcards with
Word. Then you say you have a program - what program? And what do you mean
by "use a program in Microsoft Word"?

Sorry I'm new to this. Forget what I said. I would like to do post cards in
word. Is that possible and how? Thank you, Cindy the Realtor

Yes - but to be honest with you, I'd use Publisher.

The process in wither program varies on whether you are using individual
cards or sheets that are 4 cards with perforated edges.

Go to Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels. On the Labels
tab, click Options. Select "Avery standard" as the label type (it will
probably already be selected) and scroll through the list to find the stock
number of the postcards you're using (or any others that have the desired
dimensions). There are stock numbers for both 5.5" x 4.25" and 4" x 6"
postcards.

Thanks for your quick response. I have Print Master Deluxe that I do post
cards, 4 per page, but have trouble e-mailing to vendors for additional
printing. I have a Dell Inspiron 9300 and have problems at times with
different programs. Thank you very much. Glad to know there's a place I can
get answers. I have word 2003 for Dummies and will check out Publisher in
that. Thanks again, Cindy the Realtor

Thank you very much. I couldn't find the correct route to postcards. This
should be just fine. Cindy the Realtor
