PLEASE HELP

I need to print a document with 2 flyers on the one page, so that when I cut
it down the middle I have 2 A4 flyers.

Create your document as a single A3 document in Portrait mode and then in
the File Print dialog, set the Zoom to 2 pages per sheet and in the pages to
print control, enter 1,1

Doug has offered one option. The other is to use the "2 pages per sheet"
option in Page Setup (as opposed to Print) and create a half-sized page. You
can either duplicate page 1 on page 2 or print pages 1, 1 as in Doug's
example.
