Default How do I advance a label to insert another to keep it alpha?

I have all employee addresses (270) in Word, label format. They are in
alphabetical order. I want to be able to advance a label to insert a new one
or delete one and have the next one move up. Can anyone help?

Convert the label document into a mail-merge source document -- see
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm -- and then merge
to labels when you need to print.
