Deleting template affects styles, specifically font size.
I have a document that I'm trying to save onto a CD; I'd like whoever
accesses the file from the CD to open it without getting a message that the template is not on their computer. However, when I remove the template, it affects font size throughout the document. Is there some setting I can change so that styles are preserved throughout even after removing the template? Thanks! |

Both of these issues are likely caused by having the "Automatically update
document styles" box checked in Tools | Templates and Add-ins. -- Suzanne S. Thanks! Auto update document styles *was* selected in some documents, but
not in others -- I ended up deselecting, saving it under a new name, then stripping the template and that seemed to keep the styles themselves intact. I appreciate the input! "Suzanne S.
