Default optional line break -break line w/o hyphen; for long method names

When writing API documentation, often have long method names. Need to be able
to insert optional line break at various places (ie, between the words in the
name) . When the word hits the end of line (or end of a cell in a table) it
would break at the nearest "optional line break symbol" but without inserting
a hyphen.
