Default How do I find a automaticly saved backup file?

I followed the microsoft directions but enced up with the 'My documents'
folder and ther was no view button to do the next step.

What Microsoft directions? What automatically saved backup? The .wbk backup
or the .asd AutoRecovery backup? See
