Default can't find local settings to find temp file

i know that the file i need is a temp file - docs& settings\user\local
settings\temp but when i open user local settings is not listed

This is really a Windows question, not Word, and the answer will probably
depend on what version of Windows you have. I suggest that you post your
question in a newsgroup for the appropriate version of Windows.
