How to create a template in word step by step
I need to create a template, a proposal document for our estimating dept.
Each proposal has a different date, contact person, construction company, address, office #, Fax #, project name, city, sate I created a template years ago with the "grey cell" so when the user hit enter it brings you to the next cell that needs to be completed...that's the kind of template I would like to create. |

How to create a template in word step by step
Johanne,
Years ago folks went to town with horse an buggy. There are much better alternatives these days. If you want to stick with tried and true then see: http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customizat...nTheBlanks.htm otherwise I recommend you try a userform: http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Create_and...a_UserForm.htm "Johanne" wrote: I need to create a template, a proposal document for our estimating dept.
