Word creates duplicates of the styles
This problem is maddening and is completely preventing me using Styles. I
should say I am a proficient user and have been using styles for years. WORD CREATES UNUSABLE DUPLICATE STYLES!! Two example manifestations: 1. Create a new document, type some text or even pick an empty paragraph. Select the text and click on 'Heading 1' - the text stays the same but becomes a new style called 'Heading, 1' (note the comma). Or.. 2. Create a new document, right click on 'Heading 1' and change anything, a new style is created called 'Heading, 1'. |
