how to set the default font for envelopes?
I just use a form letter where I go in and change the addressee and then
print an envelope and the default font is always arial (1st option since it is listed alphabetically) and I can't find where I can set the default font. |

Modify the Envelope Address style (and probably also the Envelope Return style) to the desired font, and check the box for "Add to template" in the Modify dialog. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
