how do i fix a word boot lockup?
when I try to open Word, the title screen comes on, but then the computer
locks up. I have tried uninstalling Word from both Works Suite and Office 2000, and then reinstalling it. I have tried to reinstall Windows 98 (without uninstalling it). And I have added 128MB of memory to the RAM. Word still does not work, but everything else does -- e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, etc. What do I try now? |
