can you recover a file that was accident

Default can you recover a file that was accidentally overwritten?

I accidently overwrit a file because I have the 1 click mode turned on that
im not used to and when i went to save as, there is another file with a
similar name that i was going to click and just change the name but when i
clicked it I accidently saved over that file. I have the new window media
center edition. Can anyone help?

Nope. If you saved over an existing file, it's gone. Your only recourse is
if you have a backup of that file somewhere.
