Why do I get extra periods (3-4) when I end with the period...
In MS Word 2007 with Vista OS, I have recently been getting 3 or 4 extra
periods at the end of each sentence in Word and Outlook - what have I messed up? Only happens with the period... |

In Word 2007, click on Office Button | Word Options | Proofing |
AutoCorrect Options | AutoCorrect tab. Is there an entry in the AutoCorrect list that replaces one period with several periods? If yes, delete it.
