Default Removing options from the ribbon in Word 2007

OK, I've worked out how to remove the themes and styles that come out of the
box so that our users have to use the Company style. What I really would like
to do would be to remove the Themes and Styles groups from the ribbon all
together. I saw somebody suggest that it might be possible if you know XML?
Can anyone help or point to any documentation that explains where this XML is
located?

Also, on the Themes drop down, there is a link to allow users to look for
more themes on MS Office on line, how do I get rid of that?

Thanks

See if http://pschmid.net/office2007/ribbon...izer/index.php can do what
you want.

Hi, thanks for a prompt reply.

I'm waiting to hear from him regarding licensing costs but I fear it might
be too expensive as we have a lot of employees (about 1700) that use Office
but not very often.

I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone could suggest a way we could do it
ourselves.

Well, there is an XML Developer Center at
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/xml/default.aspx. I suspect you'd have to
be familiar with (advanced) programming to find it useful, though.
