Hi. I would be using a 3-column table instead of page columns, there's
really no other way to "toggle" between columns... ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com www.MyExpertsOnline.com "Bahoda" wrote in message ... I need to show a verbatim conversation using 3 columns. How do I toggle between the columns to enter text? |

Hi Bahoda
I assume you need three columns to record the speech of three people? I would do this in a table with three columns. Don't let the rows of the table get too tall. Every time you need to align the text in the columns, start a new row. If you don't want borders on your table, you can turn them off at Format Borders and Shading. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly.
