why does insertion point position limit scrolling through my doc?
why does the insertion point keep me from scrolling through my document?
Word never did that in the '97 version but this '03 version won't allow me to scroll up and down in the document unless I move the insertion point from the place where I last typed. This is frustrating when you want to look at other places in your document and you constantly have to move your insertion point to allow the pages to scroll. How do I stop this feature? |
