Page Numbering
When using the Page x of y format and starting the page numbering at a number
higher than 1, the x part is fine, but the y shows the actual pages. i.e. I have a 10 page document and want the page numbers to start at 5. The first page will say Page 5 of 10, next page is Page 6 of 10, and so on. But the last five pages will say Page 11 of 10, Page 12 of 10, etc. up to Page 15 of 10. How do I get the y part of the format to account for the higher starting number? |
