ring Binder - does anyone have a template? Ideally in A4 papre size but US
size would be OK as I could modify I am sure - TIA -- Vee

Use a borderless table with fixed row height the height of the lines.

Even Word 2003 doesn't have a label definition for Avery Ready Index - 20
(which I assume is what you're describing, if such a thing exists), but
there should be instructions in the package on how to define one.
