Always leave blank rows in a table regardless of rows in source do
Hello,
I am trying to create a Word mailmerge document that has a table displaying lines from a source document. There are 10 rows in the table and I would like for the last 5 rows to alway be blank regardless of the number of records in my source document. For example, if my source document has 12 rows of data I would like for the first page of my merge document to display the first 5 rows of data followed by 5 blank lines, then the second page to display the next 5 rows of data followed by 5 blank lines and then the last page to display the last 2 rows followed by 8 blank lines. Does anyone know how this could be done? Thank you very much for your help! |
