Default Permantely hide tracking so doesn't show when you open doc

Is there a way to permanently hide tracking or markups in a word document, so
they don't show up when you open up a document. Don't want everyone to see
markups everytime they open up a document.

You can't "permanently hide" anything in Word. You can *remove* the markup
by accepting (or rejecting) all changes and deleting all comments. Do this
on a copy if you want to preserve the markup for your own use.
