Text editing in Word 2002
I installed the OCR software for my scanner. I scanned the document to the
clipboard and pasted it to Word, but still can't figure out how to edit the text in Word. It will now edit in Wordpad, but I want to know how to do it in Word. Please help. -- A grateful computer enthusiast that appreciates and admires you for your help. |

Text editing in Word 2002
When you scan a document as "text' the software should automatically put it
in Word. It sounds like you are scanning it as am image. Check out your "Options" when you scan the document and make sure it is set for "text". I recommend checking the HELP file of your OCR software to see how it is done. -- Bill Foley Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor www.pttinc.com "Matt" wrote in message ...
