Try printing on plain paper and compare the alignment. It is quite possible
that it is a paper feed problem with the printer. You may be able to overcome it by reducing the top margin in the "[label name number] information" dialog that you access by clicking on the Details button on the Label Options dialog - that is the one where you select the type of label that you are using. However, if it is a printer problem, the misalignment is quite often inconsistent so this may not help that much. -- Hope this helps.
