Default How can I add a format to the "Insert Date" format gallery?

For some reason, the date format "June 9, 2005" (MMMM d, yyyy) is not in my
format gallery when I click "insert date." Does anyone know how to add it?
(It used to be there but it somehow disappeared.)Thanks!

Default

If you define it as your default long date format in Windows Control Panel |
Regional Options, I believe it will show up there.
