How to use spellcheck on a protected text form field?
I inserted the text form field and protected the form so the only thing that
could be inputed would be in the text form field and nothing else. However, when someone enters data in these fields there is no way to check the spelling using the Word spell checker. Any suggestions? |

Thanks but i'm still having problems. I am using Office 2003. I keep
getting errors when I try and run the macro. Most of them point to routines dealing with office 97. The macro runs fine in Office 2003, including the parts you are discussing.
However, copying it and getting it to run can be a challenge. Try downloading the sample that has the code in it. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome!
