Default How do I change the default List in the "Select Names" box?

How do I change the default account when I click on "to" in outlook to add
contacts. Under the selct names box; the drop down menu from the "show names
from the" and I have four options. I'd like it to defaul to "contacts", but I
can't figure out how to do this.
