line numbering
On the File menu, click Page Setup. Click the Layout tab. Click Line
Numbers. Click "Add line numbering" and choose a restart option. You can also choose a "Start at" number if you want to. If you want (say) every fifth line numbered, choose "5" for "Count by". When you are done, click OK. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Roman Keimel" wrote in message ... I want to number all the lines in a Word document. Could you help please ? |
