Auto-fill text multiple times based on initial entry - possible?
Is it possible to have a user enter initial information (like a clients name)
at the beginning of a document, and then have it automatically fill in the field wherever necessary in the document? I want to create a template that automatically inserts information in various other places in the document based on what a user types initially. For example, client name or number, or business name (which will need to be entered in other parts of the document). I know there must be an easier way than retyping. Thanks in advance for any help that you can offer. |
