Default Turning off Automatic Word Replacement whhile typing

I am trying to type in the acronym EHR (Electronic Health Record) quite often
in several documents, but each time I do so, it respells it as HER. How do I
keep that from happening with just THAT word?

In Word, click on Tools | AutoCorrect Options | AutoCorrect tab.
Scroll down the list of autocorrect entries until you see
"ehr", click once on the entry to select it, and delete it.
