I installed a new HP printer (f4280) on MS Vista home premium. When I open
Microsoft word 2007, I get a message; "Microsoft Word has developed a problem
and will shut down". I uninstalled the printer and MS Word works. Help...

Yes, the drivers are updated as well as windows.

This is fairly typical of the printer drivers supplied by HP. You will have
to hammer them over the head for a solution.
