Default Dulex printing

I lost the ability to select to print on both sides of the paper in the Print
Properties / FInishing Tab / Cocument Options dialog box (Print Setup). The
option was there previously but has dissapeared from the screen.

I also get an error message when I try to select a color printer: "Word has
encountered a problem."

This sounds like a printer driver problem, as Printer Properties is dictated
to a greater extent by the driver. Check you have the latest driver version
for your printer & OS, hopefully these options will reappear.
