Default Pasting an Outlook '07 email message item/object in a Word '07 doc

Is there a way to paste an Outlook '07 email message item/object into a Word
'07 document?

If in Outlook, you use FileSave to save the message as an Outlook message,
you can then select and copy that .msg file and paste it into a Word
document. Then in the Word document, if you double click on the message, it
will open as an Outlook message.

Hope this helps,
