Can I "nudge" a table into alignment?
I cannot get two tables to align for a unified look. I there a way to nudge
the table just as I would a text box? |

Can I "nudge" a table into alignment?
In my experience, no, floating tables can't be nudged. You can get
fine control of the table's position by clicking in the table, going to Table Table Properties Positioning, and entering measurements. To align tables, though, it's often easier to resort to fakery. Make one table to contain all the information, and turn off some borders on appropriate cells to make it look like two separate tables. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
