How to "lock" objects in Word templates
I need to create a few templates with logos and the like. What i ws wondering
was: is there a way to "lock" an object when creating a template, so that the end users using that template cannot alter the object in any way? |

There are ways to protect documents. Most of them are easily defeated, and
all of them make document creation much more difficult or limit users' abilities to use Word's features. If you place logos and the like in the header or footer (they can be placed anywhere on the page, just anchored to the header/footer), users will not move or delete them inadvertently, which is all this is required in most cases. -- Suzanne S.
