Default Be ergonomically correct with shortcut as alt-q for redo not c+y

In Worod, using a shortcut for redo, it is ctrl + y, your fingers are spread
out so far, it should be ergonomicaly correct. I changed it to Alt-q for
word, WOW less stress on the hand and its so much easier, I wish this
shortcut can be also used in all Office programs, Excel should have a similar
feature to change or even have shortcut options.

I never use Ctrl+Y; I use F4.
