Merging two names of the same address in one label from Access
I am trying to send out a letter to a group of mine and what I want is to put
two names that have the same address on the same line e.g. Mr. and Mrs. Smith have different entries in the database but I would like the letter to go to Mr. and Mrs. Smith together and not as two seperate letters. Is this possible? Thanks! |

Merging two names of the same address in one label from Access
Easier to do it in Access, which also has a Label Report Wizard so that you
can do the whole thing there. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
