Thumbs up Answer: Word 2010 Column Break

To find a column break or section break in Word 2010, you can use the "Show/Hide" feature. Here's how:
  1. Open your Word document.
  2. Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Look for the "Paragraph" group and click on the "Show/Hide" button (it looks like a paragraph symbol).
  4. This will reveal all the formatting marks in your document, including column breaks and section breaks.
  5. Column breaks will appear as a short, vertical line between the columns.
  6. Section breaks will appear as a double line with the word "Section" in the middle.
  7. You can now easily locate and edit any column or section breaks in your document.

Note that if you want to hide the formatting marks again, simply click on the "Show/Hide" button again.
