when comparing 2 docs alongside one another and you have a page in the midle
of the screen aswell how do you accept the revised doc.

so what you are saying is goto references or review and show the doc you want
when comparing and then just hit the save icon thank you in advance.

I guess I'm not sure what you're asking.

When you Compare two docs, they already exist, in saved form,
somewhere on your computer.

After you Compare them, you have a third doc, which is just an
ordinary Word doc that happens to display the differences between the
two in the form of Tracked Changes. You can save that.

But the "revised" doc was already the later version that's already
saved on your computer.
