Running Office SBS on WinXp all updates installed. After opening several
documents, minimizing, then maximazing them again, all open documents close.
When I open Word, this error comes up on the right side:"Document recovery:
Word has recovered the following files.Save the ones you wish to keep."I have
deleted normal.dot, uninstalled word, reinstalled word, reinstalled office
updates-still having this problem. Any ideas?

Are the same documents always involved?

How about if you hold down CTRL to start Word in Safe Mode: will the problem
repeat as long as you're in Safe Mode?
