Thumbs up Answer: How do I disable double sided printing

Sure, I can definitely help you with that! Here are the steps to disable double-sided printing in Microsoft Word:
  1. Open the document you want to print in Microsoft Word.
  2. Click on the "File" tab in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Click on "Print" in the left-hand menu.
  4. In the "Settings" section, click on the drop-down menu next to "Print One Sided" and select "Manually Print on Both Sides".
  5. Click on the "Print" button to print your document.

That's it! By selecting "Manually Print on Both Sides", you are disabling the automatic double-sided printing feature. Now, when you print your document, it will only print on one side of the page.

Default How do I disable double sided printing

In the Print dialog box that appears when you click File and then Print,
click Properties

In the resulting dialog box, in the 2 Sided Print list, click 1 Sided Print

Default How do I disable double sided printing

Mick,
I dont have the option to choose 2 sided or 1 sided print. I just got this
laptop for work which is identical to my personal laptop and this one
automatically prints double sided. I want to have the option to do it, not
just have it done on its own.

As Mick suggested, this is not a Word feature but rather a property of your
printer. You have to change the setting in the printer Properties. How you
do this will depend on your printer's Properties dialog, but there should be
a setting there somewhere. For example, the Features tab of the Printer
Preferences dialog for my printer has a check box for "Two-sided printing."
In your printer's dialog, it might be labeled "duplex."
